Find a quiet space. Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Breathe gently into yourself until your mind and body quiet down. Become aware of your heart and breathe. Just breathe until your mind and body become still.
With every exhale, give away your worries and concerns. With every inhale, breathe in the sweetness of life. Allow yourself to pause in between each exhale and inhale. Become aware of the space between your breaths. In the pauses, the rests between, you find the centered stillness that allows intuitive wisdom to become known. Allow the pauses to expand little by little. The stillness will become more present. In the stillness, intuitive awareness exists. This is the place to go when you seek to find guidance. Let your guidance arise out of the stillness.
Breathe deeply, exhaling through your mouth. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Gently open your eyes. Live in you intuition.
